All I needed for a short business trip.Comfortable bed.WiFi.
Dark entrance lobby and bar. Bar closes early.
Safe, secure and room was fine for the price. Good restaurants close by.
Obviously with some exceptions, the Staff were frequently breathtakingly rude in ignoring people waiting at reception. no doubt my limited Spanish didn't help but my Colombian colleague was not particularly impressed either. A simple customer service course would be highly recommended.
a new hotel, in a good location, small room, but ok
I requested higher floor, but they gave me 2nd floor.
Good location good room excelent shower clean
decoration of the lobby
The room and the facilities were fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future.
There could have been a little more choice at breakfast.
Location, price, cleanliness
Very small room, no minibar, no drawers, no light in the fire exit on my floor, elevator does not descend if you forget the card inside your room, no phone in the corridor
Excellent service. Very professional staff. Modern and "hip" building and rooms Impeccable facilities
The card "key" not always worked. No room service
Nice clean comfortable the people that work there nice helpfull need to work on their brkefast bofa
The brkefast poor and need tel in every stage if u need something when your door nt open
Very nice hotel, good location, beautiful rooms, excellent price
Bathroom gets wet
New eco friendly hotel with vertical garden in the front. Almost zero-impact and one of the only ones that comes close in Bogota!
Very bad breakfast, always missing a lot Service is very bad, everyday they forget to bring what we ordered Problem of design hotel, it's nice but not confortable: full of water in the bathroom, cupboard too small, curtain do not block day light
Location is great. Finish-out of hotel is really nice. Rooms are quite small, but similar to any newer European hotel. Don't stay here if you need a huge bathroom. Breakfast was quite delicious, with lots of fruit - also free. Very quiet. Value for money is great.
Takes the green theme just a bit too far. No waterglasses or kleenex in the room. Staff is very nice, but if you only speak English, it will be a trying experience.
It's a great modern and clean hotel. This hotel is what you hope to find in each city that you visit. I loved it!!
Hot water lasts too much time in the morning
It's a very young and hip hotel in a cool neighbourhood, i think the value for money is excellent when compared to some of the other (somewhat more boring) hotels around
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and some stuff was finished for a while
The staff was very attend and ready to help. The location is great.
It is a new hotel and as a new hotel just opened a couple months ago, it didn't have the gym that they say it has when booking. I could hear the construction noises during the day at my room. Also I had to change to a Junior Suite because the closet is to small to fit the hangers. Management instead of finding a solution, told me that the only way to get a closet were my shirts and suit fitted was to get a junior suite. So at the end, because I was on a business trip I had to pay extra to get a Junior Suite to be able to fit my clothes into the closet. Never the hotel manager came to talk to me to apoligize for the inconvinience. The hotel manager needs some clases on Customer Service, I was there for a whole week and you know what I am not coming back and will not refer the hotel to other people. It is a hotel with a lot of potential but needs better leadership.
